CARROT & BEANS PORIYAL

Required Ingredients:

Carrot1 Cup(Grated)

Beans1 Cup(Chopped)

Onion – ½ Cup(Chopped)

Besan Gram – 1 tbsp

Green Chilli – 2 nos

Mustard Seeds & White Urad Dhal – 1 tbsp

Hing – ½ tbsp.

Turmeric Powder– ½ tbsp

Curry Leaves, Cooking Oil & Required Salt

Preparation Method
  • Heat Cooking Oil in a Pan
  • Add some Mustard Seeds & Urad Dal
  • Add Hing
  • Add Curry Leaves, Sliced Green Chillies
  • Add Onion & Saute for 5mins
  • Add Chopped Carrot & Beans
  • Add Turmeric Powder & Required Salt
  • Add splash of Water & Mix Well
  • Cover & Cook for 15 mins
  • Stir in-between for 2 or 3 times
  • Cook till Carrot & Beans are done
  • Carrot & Beans poriyal are ready to serve
