CHICKEN GRAVY

Required Ingredients:

Chicken – 1/2 kg

Onion – 3 (Finely Chopped)

Tomato – 2 (Finely Chopped)

Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp

Green Chilly – 2 nos (Sliced)

Red Chilly – 2 nos

Fennel Seeds – 2 tbsp

Bay Leaf – 1

Cinnamon – 1 inch

Cloves – 2

Garam Masala – 1 tbsp

Chilly Powder – 2 tbsp

Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tbsp

Pepper Powder – 1 tbsp

Coriander & Curry Leaves – Required

Cooking Oil – Required

Salt – Required

Preparation Method:-

Step#1 – Wash the chicken by using turmeric powder & salt

Step#2 – Heat a pan & Add in some cooking oil

Step#3 – Add in Bay leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise & Cloves

Step#4 – Add in 1 tbsp of Ginger & Garlic Paste

Step#5 – Add in 2 sliced green chilly & 2 Red Chilly

Step#6 – Add in finely chopped onions & saute it tight light brown

Step#7 – Add in finely chopped tomatoes & saute it for 2 mins

Step#8 – Add in Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala & Chilly Powder and Mix well

Step#9 – Add the chicken pieces into the masalas and add required salt

Step#10 – Add 1 cup of  water and bring to a boil for 2 mins

Step#11 – Then lower the flame and close the pan with lid

Step#12 – Cook the chicken until it is cooked thoroughly and soft

Step#13 – Finally Add Pepper Powder, Coriander & Curry Leaves

Step#14 – Now Chicken Gravy is ready to serve
