COCONUT CHUTNEY

Required Ingredients:
Coconut – 1 Cup (Grated)
Green Chilly – 5 nos
Ginger – 1 Small Piece
Roasted Channa Dhal – ½ Cup
Salt – to taste
For Seasoning:
Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds & White Urad Dhal – 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Hing – 1 pinch
Preparation Method:

Step#1 – Take a Mixi Jar

Step#2 – Add Grated Coconut, Green Chilly, Ginger, Roasted Channa Dhal & required salt

Step#3 – Blend everything until smooth

Step#4 – Taste it and add further salt or chilly if needed

Step#5 – Transfer it into a serving bowl

Step#6 – Heat a little pan and add 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Step#7 – Then add Mustard Seeds, Urad Dhal, Curry Leaves & Hing

Step#8 – Pour this over the chutney

Step#9 – Mix everything and serve it with hot itly or dosa
